Through December 24th, 2016, Abigayle Ray Photography is donating $75.00 from every session booked to one of four local non-profit charities (listed below). Once you book your session, simply tell us which charity you would like us to donate to and we will happily provide them with the donation!
Englewood Animal Rescue Sanctuary (EARS) - EARS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, no-kill, animal rescue and sanctuary dedicated to helping homeless dogs and cats find their "forever homes" and live the lives they so truly deserve.
EARS the only No-Kill Dog and Cat rescue in Englewood, Venice and Pt. Charlotte. EARS is a volunteer based organization of animal lovers with a desire to help precious pets in need. We work from the heart and receive an abundance of love and gratitude from the animals we save.
We are not funded by the state or government, we survive solely on the generous people from our community. Our thrift store enables us to generate some of the much needed funds to care for our animals. Pet adoption fees fund our ability to rescue more animals. Local businesses and individuals generously donate much needed supplies and food.
Project Phoenix – Project Phoenix is a local 501 (c) (3) non-profit that is strictly volunteer ran. At Project Phoenix our goal is to provide area families and individuals with household items to help them make a fresh start and allow them rebuild their households. We are 100 % volunteer ran and work with over 40 agencies and Churches in our local area.
Suncoast Humane Society – Suncoast Humane Society is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. The Suncoast Humane Society is one of Florida's few "open admissions" animal shelters. We accept all animals brought to us from within our service area. We are committed to our policy of never turning an animal away regardless of health, temperament, size or breed.
Suncoast Humane Society is supported by individual donations, wills, bequests and grants from foundations. We receive no local, state or federal government aid, nor are we funded by national humane societies, SPCA's or other animal protection/welfare organizations. The continuation of our programs depends solely upon community support.
Bit of Hope Ranch – We are a non-profit organization, founded to help hurting children by allowing them to find hope and healing through relationships with God and horses. We combine children, families and horses through programs that build mind, body and spirit.
Bit of Hope Ranch is a place that gives horses a chance at life. This chance may be their first, second, third or last. We get all breeds of horses, from all walks of life, from all kinds of situations, in all kinds of conditions. Once the horse comes to the Ranch we team the horse with kids from the community to love on them, help train them and care for them. Sometimes the youth in our community need a second chance to get things right. Here, at the Ranch, those kids will find a safe environment in which to learn respect and responsibility. They will also likely meet a horse with a worse life story than theirs, encouraging them to know that trust and forgiveness are possible. The rewards for both horse and child are enormous.
Bit of Hope is operated by volunteers and funded, largely, by financial donations. Volunteers feed and care for the animals and keep the Ranch tidy and running smoothly.
