Print FAQ's

Prints and delivery of print products purchased. 

All Clients can purchase prints and other print products of their sessions offered by the Studio.  Please see our website at www.abigaylerayphotography.com/print-investment for products and prices.  Prints can be purchased after the client's session has been completed and delivered.  Our professional print lab does require a minimum order of $50.00 plus shipping.

Delivery time of print products that you ordered.

All of Abigayle Ray Photography LLC print products are ordered from an external professional photo lab that has been chosen by the studio to perform this work.  As these prints come from an external vendor we are limited in the process, production and control of the product once the order is placed with them.  Listed below are the approximate time to receive your print products that you order through us.

** Please be advised that your choice of shipping method can affect the time frames listed below, times shown below reflect the slowest shipping option that you have available with your purchase.

• Prints take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to receive from time of order placement.

• Photo Albums and Photo Books depends on the complexity of the package and design desired, and can range from 1 to 3 months from the time the order is placed.  Most Senior/Student Albums & Books usually take one month or slightly less.

• Gallery Wraps & Print Wraps take approximately 2 weeks to one month depending on size and quantity ordered.

• Invitations/Announcements/Cards depends on the complexity of the package and design, and can range from 2 weeks to 1 month from the time the order is placed.

Time of year such as the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas) will take longer for all products listed above due to increased demand and you can nearly double the time frame listed above.  If you plan on ordering products for holiday gifts we highly recommend placing you order no later than Thanksgiving to assure you will receive your order in time.

Upon delivery the Client will review the items ordered and notify the studio as soon as possible if there are any problems so that the studio can notify the print vendor and get the problem corrected.

Inhearant qualities.  

Client or other purchaser of print products are aware that color dyes may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes and client or other purchaser releases the studio from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities. Client or other purchaser is also aware that the studio is not responsible for the quality of reprints made by the client using purchased prints products (ie: scanning prints or copying and reprinting of prints).

Warranty of print products.

Your print products from our professional lab are guaranteed for up to 100 years under normal use, handling and display. If for any reason you have a problem with a print you purchased through us we will contact the vendor and have it replaced at no cost to you.

About our print vendor.

Our vendor is ICC certified and uses visible light laser printers as well superior papers. They constantly calibrate their printers to assure uniformity in their product which basically means what you order today should look the same if you order it again 5 years from now.  Our vendor also has employees monitoring each image that goes through in order to verify they are correct and spot any issues immediately, and best of all, they stand behind their product as they know that they stand the test of time under normal usage.

Studio's standard price list:

The packages and prices are based on Abigayle Ray Photography LLC's current standard price list. Our prices and package offerings are subject to change without notice and any future session or orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at that time. If you reserve and pay for a session and then we change the pricing, what's included in the package, or both afterwards, you will receive the session you paid for originally and NOT the new package or pricing.
